Rustamyah Military Academy is located 50km outside Baghdad. The American and British troops have developed a project to make this location the Officer’s Academy for the new Iraqi Army .It consists in building or renovating more than 100 buildings.

The cost of the project was $5,000,000 for a Period of 6 months. The project was completed within schedule.
